Distance selling

"Distance Selling" refers to the purchase of goods or services from a trader who is not physically present. The purchase can be made using a telephone, fax, television or internet. When dealing with a trader based within the EU, there is legislation to protect your consumer rights, in addition to your existing consumer rights.
