The Biofuels Directive (2003/30/EEC) stipulates that member states must ensure that a minimum proportion of biofuels and other renewable fuels are placed on their markets. It establishes reference values for the minimum proportion of 2% by December 31 2005 and 5.75% by December 31 2010. Read more
