Sustainable Consumption
If we buy any personal care item which poses danger to our health, we have the right to redress. All electrical products come with a legal two-year guarantee. This guarantee is your right - it is not a gift from your local shop. If a product develops a fault within the first six months, you have the right to have it replaced.

Consumer Associations can guide you through the process, should you have difficulty coming to an agreement with the shop owner. If the guarantee has expired, do try to repair your product rather than buying a new one. If this doesn’t prove to be cost-effective, then make sure to have your item disposed of in the correct way so that it can be dismantled and the parts which can be reused and recycled are extracted.
Read more about your rights as a consumer and consumer safety in Modules 1 and 3 in this website.
