Price labelling

When thinking about buying goods, consumers need to know how much their purchase is going to cost them.

Once a consumer knows how much an item is going to cost, they can decide whether it is good value for money and think about whether they can afford to make that purchase.

Traders should display prices for most of the products that they sell and they are not allowed to give consumers misleading information about prices.
