Always send letters of complaint by recorded delivery

If you are writing to a company to complain about goods or service you have purchased, always send your letters by recorded delivery.

If you have a dispute with a trader which cannot be resolved, you will then be able to use your recorded delivery receipts as proof that you contacted the trader about the problem.
